Healing system combining acupressure with assisted stretching and yoga postures. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures.

Smooth basalt stones are heated and then placed on the body at various meridian points to promote relaxation and healing. The heat transfer stimulates blood flow and body function. The therapist then uses two oiled stones to massage your body using Swedish techniques of long strokes and slow kneading. A very relaxing massage.
