Cancellation Policy
Because we are an appointment-only establishment, therapists and estheticians arrive when they have bookings. Cancelling an appointment with a less than 24-hour notice is subject to a 50% fee charged to the card on file. A no-show is subject to the full service fee charged to the card on file. Please give us a call if you need to reschedule, cancel, or edit your appointment. We also ask that clients confirm their appointments, which can be done via text, email, or by giving us a call during our working hours at (804)-416-6430. We may also call you to confirm your appointment.

Now Accepting HSA and FSA cards for Payment
At Meridian Massage Spa, we want to ensure that our clients have the flexibility to receive the care they need. That’s why we accept Health Spending and Flex Health Accounts as payment options. In addition, we provide our clients with insurance receipts that can be submitted to their companies for possible reimbursement. It’s important to keep in mind that the reimbursement amount is subject to the policies of your insurance provider, and we make no guarantees that they will reimburse you.
