Meet Rui: The Visionary Behind Meridian Massage Spa

Rui is a licensed Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician who co-founded Meridian Massage Spa in Ashburn, Virginia, 2020 alongside her husband and partner, Benjamin. Driven by a deep passion for caring for others, Rui opened the spa with the mission of helping people heal and feel more at ease in their bodies.

With a focus on therapeutic and results-driven treatments, she specializes in medical massage techniques such as lymphatic drainage, TMJ therapy, and craniosacral work. Her approach is not only restorative but also deeply supportive of her clients' overall wellness.

Spa Policies

  • As an appointment-only establishment, our therapists and estheticians arrive specifically for scheduled bookings. To help us serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:

    • Cancellations: Weekday Appointments

    Weekday appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% service price cancellation fee.

    • No-show appointments will also result in a 100% service price cancellation fee.

    Weekends and Holiday Appointments

    Due to high demand for weekend and holiday availability, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

    • Cancellations & appointment adjustments, made with less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation charge to the card on file.

    • No-show appointments will also result in a 100% of service price.

    • Reschedules & Adjustments:

    Rescheduling or adjusting an appointment both weekday and weekend appointments will require an account charge to secure the new appointment time. This charge will be applied toward the rescheduled service and serves as a prepayment due to the late change.

    If you need to cancel, reschedule, or edit your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

    We also ask clients to confirm their appointments via text, email, or by calling us during working hours at (571)-358-8236. For your convenience, we may contact you to confirm your booking.

  • Gift Card Terms & Conditions

    These Terms govern the purchase and use of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) from Meridian Massage Spa (“we,” “us,” or “spa”), available through meridianmassagespa.com. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    Purchasing Gift Cards

    We accept major credit cards and cash. Purchases are not final until you receive a confirmation email. Gift Cards may be sent via email, mail, or picked up in-store. Delivery times may vary.

    Using Gift Cards

    Gift Cards can only be redeemed at our spa. Present the card or code at checkout. They can’t be combined with other offers unless stated. If your total exceeds the card value, the balance must be paid separately. Remaining balances stay on the card until expiry.

    Gift Cards can’t be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law), and cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards.

    Expiration & Fees

    Gift Cards expire five (5) years from the purchase date, unless otherwise required by law. No fees apply before expiration.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Gift Card purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Items bought with Gift Cards follow our standard return policy. Refunds are usually reissued as Gift Card credit.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Gift Cards after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
