Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle technique. It is used to increase lymph flow and encourage the natural drainage of toxins, bodily waste, and inflammation from the lymph system. It is beneficial for those who have recently gone through a surgery, dealt with any autoimmune or inflammatory disorders, have swollen lymph nodes (commonly under the arms, throat, and groin) and scar appearance reduction, and lymphedema around the joints (ankles, knees, wrists).

Myofascial Release
Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds every part of our body. Literally translated, “myofascial” means muscle connective tissue. Trauma, posture or injuries of any kind can cause pulls to develop in the fascia. These pulls are so strong they create changes in posture which can cause disc problems or unexplainable pain. The fascia also functions like saran wrap. It can wrap around and compress nerves causing neurological symptoms leading to nerve pain, radiating, burning pain or reduced range of motion.
With myofascial release, I can help you work through your pain and stop it from hindering your life. This is a great therapy that can help you gain flexibility and regain feeling in parts of your body.
Myofascial release benefits those who have:
- Back, neck or pelvic pain
- Chronic Pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Carpal tunnel
- Whiplash
- Sports injuries
- Disc problems
- Pelvic floor or neurological dysfunction
- Fibromyalgia
Craniosacral Therapy
The central nervous system is heavily influenced by the craniosacral system, consisting of the brain and the spinal column. The fluid that surrounds, protects and nourishes the brain and the spinal column is called cerebral spinal fluid. Daily movements cause the body’s muscle tissue to tighten potentially causing the restrictions around your brain and spinal column, hence prohibiting the flow the cerebral spinal fluid.
Craniosacral therapy aims to release tension in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system to relieve pain, dysfunction and improve the body’s performance. It uses a soft touch, which is generally no greater than 5 grams of pressure (about the weight of a nickel).
Craniosacral therapy can help the following ailments:
